Home Spa Reviews

Not giving spa don’t change the sheets on the bed after every customer don’t know what the man was doing when it came to my message but now my back hurts really bad I been hurting for two days now I thought after the massage you’re supposed to feel good but I feel like my back is messed up as of now in the massage really really sucked he was only doing one side of my body and didn’t even do the other side Rushing now because of him I’m having sharp pains in my back I do not think these people are even licensed I think I need to see lawyer about this situation

I have been in several times here when I need to get in somewhere quick. I walked in today at 12:40 & signed in on the sheet and sat down to wait. Shortly after I walked in a mother & daughter were outside looking over the options & walked in. After waiting about 30 minutes they called the daughter over, the man working the front indicated to the employee that I was the next in line. He disregarded & I continued to wait. Another bed opens & the employee said she'll be with me in 2 minutes, she needed to work the register. Then she proceeded to grab the girls mother & tell me another 5 minutes. I stood up & walked out. They clearly did not have a scheduled an appointment if they wanted to make that claim. The most annoying part is the waste of my time & to just completely disregard basic professional etiquette. No apology, no explanation on why they continued to skip over a customer. Moving forward I will stick with Anna's Relaxation Studio in Kenny Center.

Randomly found Home Spa while walking in the mall.... wow! So clean and relaxing with staff that are so friendly (Linda and Ko are awesome)! Did a 30 minute foot massage and wanted to stay for hours. Worth every penny!

My experience here was fantastic! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the environment was clean and relaxing, and the massage was top-notch. The therapist was very professional and their skills were amazing. They did a great job of relieving the tension in my shoulders. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical going here after reading reviews. I needed a massage my body was tensed from work. I'm a flatbed driver. The gentleman did a fantastic job. 30 minutes felt like an hour. Great job home spa. Yes I tipped them. If you want a soft massage be sure to ask otherwise you're going to get that deep tissue massage.
